还有一种就是我们家喻户晓、家家户户都知道,都食用的豆芽,为什么说是豆芽也是不健康的食物呢!因为豆芽也是一位“受害者”为什么它也是“受害者”呢?那是因为它被商家给涂上了一种“色素”,豆芽使用出了“易容术”。原先那些没有使用易容术的豆芽们全身都是黄黄的,又黄又细,虽然有些不好看,也像是一位营养不良的小孩子一样。但它是健康的,而现在的豆芽使出了易容术,它的全身由黄色的变成了白色的,又白又亮,好看极了,它不像原来的那样瘦瘦的,而是很饱满、丰富的,像这些就是不健康的,而是危险。我们吃多了这种食物就有可能归西哦!

虽然我还是一个小学生,可我懂得的关于食品安全的知识可不少呢!比如说不能在小摊上买东西、不能在没有卫生许可证的餐厅吃饭、不能吃过期、变质、“三无”食品、不能吃未煮熟的东西等等。我还知道在购买小食品时,注重查看以下几个方面情况:一是要选择信誉好、质量稳定的知名品牌;二是要注意查看产品包装上的厂名、厂址、食品生产日期和保质期,拒绝购买“三无”产品;三是检查食品和合格证明、所含的营养成分、色泽新鲜程度;四是注意质价相符,对超低价格的小食品不要购买;五是注重检查该食品的食品商标标志等等。
大家看吧,我们吃食物时一定要选择好的食物,否则就有可能给我们带来生命危险。
