to enrich myself,i bought an english dictionary sereval days ago.much to my disappointment,there are many quelity problems about the book.
thus,i found the manager of book store with my recipt and pointed out what the problems are.yet,the response to my complaint was too unsatisfactory to put uo with.the manager told me that the store had nothing to do with it.moreover,he refused my request with an extremely waful attitude.
pleased with the service for many years,now i do feel upset.i hope all the service industry will give due attention to this matter,and make efforts to improve the quality of service.
