suppose you have received an unfavorable treatment at a store. a salesperson ignored you and offered poor service to you. write a letter of complaint to the sales manager about it. your letter should include:
1) a descripition of the situation
2) complaint about the situation
3) your request
you should write approximately 100words. do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. use li liang instead. you don't need to write the address.
dear manager:
maybe it’s a pity that i write this letter to you. however, i resolve to tell you for i cherish the hope that you are capable of changing this situation.
as i was walking into the store, a salesperson paid no attention to or even ignored me. it seems that i was not existing just like the air about. when i asked her for help, she simply told me i should read its instruction. “ can’t you read it by yourself?” what does it mean! she didn’t say it with sivility.
fancy suffering such bad attitude from her! why she goes so far as to treat me as what she shouldn’t treat is beyond me.
so, i think she should show her apology to me for her attitude. as a salesperson, she hurt the heart of a costumer. i hope you can give me a reply.
