The importance of health can not be overemphasized. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health leads to nothing.
How can we keep healthy? I have numerous ways to put forward. Firstly, it is rather significant for us to take more fruits and vegetables on account of their abundant vitamins, and a balanced diet also contributes to our good health. Only by doing so, can we avoid food with too much sugar and fat. Apart from these, we'd better exercise regularly to build up our body. According to a survey, people who do sports frequently suffer less from diseases. Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.
In conclusion, if we stick to the advice given above, we will live a healthy life.
