　　应用文体（小作文）

　　一怎样写英文通知：

　　书面通知：

　　1 在第一行的中间写notice或notice字样。

　　2 空两个格写正文。格式与书信正文相同。通知内容应简洁，使用常用语。写明时间，地点，以及注意事项。

　　3 人称以第二人称，时态用一般将来时或一般现在时。

　　4 发通知的单位写在正文的右下边，日期写在左下方且在发通知单位下。

　　例文：请你拟写一个书面通知，告诉同学们明天去参加植树活动。

　　内容：明天是植树节，天气暖和。你们不上课，去公园植树。早晨8：00在学校门口集合，骑自行车去。中午在那里吃饭，请带好水果和食物。（60—70词）

　　1.有称呼语 boys and girls everyone 等                    2.提醒注意的句子be quiet, please.                     

　　3..结束语 that’s all .thank you.                     4..正文写明时间，地点，以及注意事项            5.时态以将来时为主

　　二，怎样写英文贺卡

　　贺卡一般由称呼，贺词，签名三部分组成。

　　1.        称呼写在左上方to加人名。                  

　　2.        贺词，happy new year to you.       best wishes for teachers’ day !     best wishes to you !

　　i hope your work goes well.

　　3.   签名：写在贺卡的右下方。姓名前加from 一词。如from mary.

　　例文：

　　给刘老师写一个贺卡，祝他圣诞节快乐和元旦快乐。

　　to mr. liu ,

　　with best wishes for the merry christmas and the happy new year!

　　三，怎样写英文日记

　　1.人称，第一人称i we           2,时态，以一般过去时为主，如果对将来的看法，也可采取将来时。       3时间 月日年，星期              4.天气写在右上角。如：fine sunny rainy snowy windy cloudy等                        

　　例文

　　根据提示写一篇日记，记录五月一日星期五你和lily一起去参观福建博物馆的事。

　　1天气晴   2.距离，博物馆离家约两公里   3，骑自行车去的   4 时间 八点出发，十点回家。

　　today lily and i went to visit fujian museum. it’s about 2 kilometers from my home ,we decided to go there by bike. we set off at 8 o’clock .at the museum we saw many photos and other things .we learned a lot .we saw lots of children with their parents , students with their teachers.at ten o’clock we left the museum for home .we had a wonderful time today.
